Again apologies for high figures and errors, thought too good to be true, (also misled by VSE Vancoover Stock Exchange figure/old),and please someone else carefully check this again, thanks to Maxineamillion re share price correction for Immune Networks namely Canadian $0.021 cents (not $23 cents previously used with obviously huge difference)
Using the following data : (conversions from xrates.com) :
Immune Network VSE (Vancoover Exchange) IMM : Canadian $0.21 = US $0.021512
Zodiac Capital NSX (National Exchange) ZOD : Australian $0.10 = US $0.10
Stirling ASX STI : Australian $0.004 = US $0.004275
Announcement :
IMM issue 20 million shares to STI : at US$0.021512 : Value US $430,240.00, once statutory requirements updated
STI to purchase 5 million Immune Network Shares AT US$0.02 : Value US $100,000.00 BY the issue of 12.5 million STI shares at US $0.004275 : Value US $53,437.50 AND Zodiac Capital issuing 333,333 shares at US $0.10 : Value US $33,333.30
Add the value of the STI and ZOCAP shares = US$86,770.80.
US $430,240.00 less US$86,770.80 = $343,469 to STI ?
No intention to mislead, as always do you own research, make your own decisions as mistakes can be made including by me as has just occurred for which I again profusely apologise.
