    There were already clinical trials being conducted, the results of which were supposed to be announced yonks ago. I suspect that means the outcome was not significant, or PB would have been shouting it from the rooftops.

    ImmunoXel is a natural therapy and is already approved in several countries, and does not need to go through stringent drug trials/regulations. Even though it was approved in South Africa a couple of years ago (where TB and HIV/AIDS is in epidemic proportions) not one sale has been made.

    This announcement basically says, we lost our fight with Immune Network and our so called exclusive arrangement with Ecomed is not worth the paper it's written on. Why else would you be getting into bed with Immune Network who basically didn't care that this exclusive licence belonged to someone else.
