Hypothetically if they get all the shares off the company will have 270,976,016 shares. At 35c shareholders will be buying into a company with a market cap of $94.8m .
Not sure exactly how much debt and cash they will be holding and future capital spending levels. Have to look into it further.
Does anyone know why 'the minimum subscription under the Entitlements Offer is $35 million. Is this something their creditors would have enforced. You would think RED would be taking what they could get at this stage.
