This is pretty much my thinking.

However, if they succeed or if I believe there is a trading opportunity I may buy some shares on market. I would never again hold RED shares for the long term.

Basically the Directors need to be replaced. Their main skills set has been in keeping the local community on side, which is not an unimportant skill but does not bring home the bacon for shareholders.
