From what I can read that is the only variable from this compared to the previous SPP's either way im not expecting the sophisticated shareholders to hold onto their new shares. Still don't see how this is positive. Management can afford penthouses whilst slugging shareholders with SPP's. Seems rather ridiculous to me. Show me the sales and I'll finally be content
