    Just another step for the proficient board of WGR. Taking their time building up to an excellent venture. I do get frustrated after being in for over 18months at the pace they move, but the moves they make are all good IMO. Another 12 months or so on this one IMO before we see some real positive SP wise (ie breaking beyone the .60) but it will happen.
