    what does this do to the Jabil arrangement?

    My understanding is that this is much earlier in the production chain. These people are replaing HC Starck, in manufacturing components and sub-assemblies for the Gennex fuel cell unit, which is made in Heidelberg. Jabil is building the Bluegens, which incorporate a Gennex unit.
