actually, on second look at the prospectus, so long as Richard t (the chairman and 9% holder) takes up all his rights, they'll be able to raise $228,213, covering most of the funding needs excluding the odd 2.4mil "other general WC". on that basis, we should probably keep our pennies for better investment.ummm.
