I think so. As for every growing business, they need more working capital to buy more material, build up inventory, and fund the trade receivable terms with multiple customers, hence the 2 mil odd $ required. I confirmed this understanding today touching base with Frank G over the phone this afternoon. :) I am happy to fund them. I think any shortfall in the raising will not be too hard to find sophisticated investor buyers afterwards.
