Think you covered it.
Only realy big issue is the fianancier. Too be honest I am not sure they would like to go in as reciever and then sell the asset, in the Phlipines this would be a risky strategy.
My guess is that they will leave their money in and force a raising, on fairly hard terms. Ie advance no further money. Personally I am setting aside some cash for a raising, can see how one can be avoided.
In the end it still has the potential of a low cost gold mine.
