    The Nicholson group has indicated that they wish to deal with Republic Gold and Republic gold only. The vendor wishes to sell and prefers to sell to RAU as they have been in negotiations for over 12 months. Essentially Nicholson Group will not wait another 12 months to sell out of their position.
    We will all hear the acquisition details by the end of the week.
