This is clearly dissapointing news but not unexpected given the return of product with no explanation.
This now frees SiYi from us which is what they wanted. It's not what we wanted but the big question remains is why they have chosen this path.

Putting aside the fact we have obviously pissed them off, it's either the MPS don't want the product (possible), SiYi are in financial strife (not likely) or SiYi want a new agreement on better terms for them (maybe but we won't sign with them again). Freeing ties with us gives them a shot at taking us out free from any previous contractual obligations.

If they want the USA too then they better have a shot at us before we go signing any strategic partnership agreements that may not be to their liking. It's a long shot I know but it's not out of the question.
