Hi tricop ....It is stated on our JV timeline that they will have a Chinese patent given to them so as to mass produce in China and that in the event that JV goes belly up the patent will return to us. Check out their website while you still can and you see a USA patent cert on their board. Will they give it back with out a legal fight??????? We are not talking about the IP of our membranes but the product as a whole. Who knows maybe they will make some legal stance that we license them for the membranes only.
