Harvett, The statement said subject to board approval in the dec update from memory.
not long after thats days after that (read just after xmas) things went pear shaped.
There was no board meeting to give approval as they were to busy chasing there tails fixing that.
I will stand corrected but i am almost certain approval and thus he patents were never given.
Also the patents do not inculde how to make our most important ip the membranes, they were only for the housing as far as i understand.
