Harv, I'm in complete agreement with you on this one. I think Kerins is a huge liability who should do the right thing and resign, but I do not believe the blame lies with SBN for the SiYi debacle. In fact I'm sick of reading how we might have offended them in some way.
Who are they that everyone must walk on eggshells around them? the MOU with SiYi covered only Asia (excluding Russia) If I give you the rights to sell my product in Victoria, should you than have a tantrum because someone else is selling in NSW?
The simple reality, as I see it, is that the Chinese again showed a flagrant disregard for the principles of an agreement, most likely because somehow they found a new deal which would enrich them more, either as a company, personally or both.
Maybe they are trying to knock off our prodcut....This would hardly be setting a precedent...Take a walk around any market in Australia and you'll see what I mean.
When it comes to making a dollar, all bets are off with our friends. BB
