AJ if you have spoken to JH and have information on the storgage issuse and the qc issues that is not in any of the ann's it would be nice if you shared that info, instead of just dangling like a dohnut in front of Homer Simpson. lol If JH has told you then I do not think it is a secert.

So they knew 3 years ago that the product had a shelf life and a temp range that would not lend itself to chinas summers. Or they only found out about it a few months ago because we brought it to their attention. Which one is it AJ you can not have it both ways.
