ok $10 mio upfront fee,TFS has option to take 20% of TZ,and tfs to pay ongoing royalties,and TFS to announce applications of the technology in various markets in 2005.
Seems tfs are going to fastrack the technolgy into the usual markets as well as mentioning the are going to apply the technology to defence applications.!!!
