I like the word of "takeover", but not the word of "rumor".
A takeover offer from Leighton is unlikely as Leighton is offloading non-core assets - but with an asset so cheap Leighton may want to reclassify its holdings in MAH.
Chinese prefer strategic assets such as mining and agriculture assets - not so often seeing them interesting in service companies.
Price is the key here!
