That is the problem with second guessing.
MAH surely does not need $100m equity to sell an asset ... usually the company buying the asset pays for it; not the seller paying for it!!! Sheesh
LEI's 19% is a bit tricky ... if they want the asset (construction arm) then they would need to be very careful with configuration of consideration. MAH can't deal in its own shares (albeit held by LEI) so script wont be part of the deal...
