100m is around 33% dilution so if they do cap raising at that level, theoretically it should be around 14 cents but since the inst investors may be shorting this since long they may agree to pay bit more....at most 20 cents imo...i am afraid the offer may be much lower than 20 cents...so if its 20 centsnits still better offer...i dont see it around 25 cents anyway but i wish it will be 25 cents for holders...
