    hi guys,

    good to see we are making steady progress.

    does anyone know whether the environmental permit is issued by the Minister of Mining and Energy or the Minister of Environment and Tourism in Namibia?

    I think the latter but have not looked at the relevant legislation. Just asking out of curiousity really...
