IMO:

1. Jayson - M&D C is not a 'jailable' offence. So no jail time possible.
2. Evenpar - I suspect H & Q have a good idea of what Alliance is holding. The battle then is (a) don't give Alliance any more (hence the belligerence in the discovery process); (b)H&Q to force AGS to instigate the actions and put up what they want in settlement; (c) H & Q to decide whether they think that the court will agree with AGS's position and if so, what damages might the court award. The comparison comes then what AGS want versus what the court might give versus what H&Q think the evidence is worth. Money can solve the a lot and it is not IMO out of the question that H&Q put an early offer up to test AGS resolve.

Jayson .. I too keep looking for the buyer trigger. But maybe no amount of triggers will help given the very very very small volume not steadfastly held by directors et al.
