Hi westsurf, that's not quiet right. Prior to receipt of he Environmental Clearances they were prevented entering / commencing exploration activities - The signifance of todays announcement is that they can now commence exploration / drilling in Namibia - this is significant news in itself - from here DYL can now commence a drilling program - it's the green light to go ahead in Namibia
