A few other parts of the announcement that we have glossed over.

1. A high profile US citizen to join the BRT board. Presumably that is one of the 4 founders of MFC. In addition, one of the MFC vendors will remain as brand manager.
Good to see that the expertise in the product will remain within the BRT group.

2. Acquiring the entire business plus the release of new products, will put BRT in a great position to win designated floor space in retail outlets.
Remember, these products have not been sold into the mass retailers at all (70% of toy sales as per the release), so the fact that they are going from nothing to potentially designated floor space in these large stores should really ramp up revenues.

And then there is the introduction of advanced electronics into the product range and also the licensing opportunities (Im sure Disney or Pixar or WB would want to whack a logo/movie character on a shooter/blower/bow & mallow (love that name!) at some stage in the future).

It all looks really good if you ask me.
