sell off continues. We know PRR is controlled by big traders and the recent selling has all the indications of distribution after the run from 10 cents. Very much Sell the Fact just before the fact at this stage. MD is suddenly 2 to 1 against the buyers.
However it boils down the how this October data shapes PRR's future. The timing of the newsletter is not a coincidence.
