The ann enabled those sitting at a loss to get out. Now we have a slow accumulation by most likely NOT traders. By shaking out the ones that were waiting to sell, we can now see support and accumulation at current levels. Once the ann gets a bit of publicity there will be a resumption of buying and therby the slow and steady rise. A cent a day would be lovely
