NPV is the Net PRESENT Value.

So basically the project is estimated to be worth $94 million in today's dollars. So the future cashflows are discounted back to todays dollars.

The other thing that nobody has mentioned is the strength of the Aussie dollar. The actual cost of purchasing the project is actually dropping due to the increasing dollar.

Was a bit disappointed with the selloff from 3.2 down to 3.0.
Hopefully all the daytraders got out and we can now see some serious consolidation and appreciation over the next few weeks and months.
