If you have a look at november ppt presentation on its website it states that chelmsford is awaiting final report in november for final mine plan with confirmation drilling in progress (page 14). Also on page 6 it is listed as a mid term production asset with feasibility to confirm.
With drilling being undertaken i would say that the feasibility hasnt been confirmed yet.

Also interesting in this presentation is page 18-9 where it outlines canyon springs, looks great opportunity with power station potential. Not sure what ownership if any continental has though.
