My concern Jacktrader is how long this will take to sort out.... 6 months ...1 yr ... 2yrs or more...

No good having trial results in the short term if you are having a dispute with the company that has the license to manufacture the product.

Although if EMS decides to terminate the manufacturing license and walks away from Hc Berlin (no idea on their ability to do so), they can find another manufacturing party, which is a further delay.

Agree that the current Board know what they are doing and trying to protect the assets of the company and provide value to shareholders. Would luv to see the sp over 10c for a change, given the pending trial results.
