Is it unclear because they know they have more than 1.5 mill lbs p/a to extract ???? The plant design is capable of 3 mill lbs p/a maybe they are allowing for maximum plant through put,
remember initial JORC is only what they have proved up to date, as Tim Shaw used to say "But wait there's more"
