    I guess the scarey part is that the MD Gary Stokes stated this was the first he'd heard of this pending court case?

    These guys are not on the ball - this has been rumoured for quite a while now...obviously no "ears to the ground" here.

    Disappointing stuff.

    Mind you - if it drops down, I will get back in at a lower original purchase price.
