OPERATIONS UPDATE: SUGARLOAF AMI (EKA 6.25% Working Interest)

Fracture stimulation of the May #1H horizontal well commenced on 21st October 2010. 16 fracture stimulation stages are planned along approximately 5,000 ft of the well�s horizontal section. Eureka will provide an update to the market once the well has cleaned up and a stable flow has been achieved.
Direct Assets #1H (Final depth 17,600 ft)
The Direct Assets #1H well has been drilled to its final depth and casing has been run and cemented to secure approximately 5,000 ft of horizontal section for fracture stimulation in due course.
