When first the rumbles on HC of this being an unfair deal started I was willing to give NC the benefit of the doubt and I even defended him thinking lets wait till all the cards are on the table, well... all the cards are now on the table and Grant their independent expert has basically said that this is a most dodgy deal, with a totally bs valuation but somehow its passable as fair.
It's so crazy it makes me cross that this could pass for a report that is to be read by intelligent adults. A child could poke holes through it without trying very hard.
