I don't understand how you can say taht its very difficult to value the deposit , yet have such a tight range for its minimum value (around .5 milion range).
And as others have said, if we aren't sure whats there, why go to all this trouble to sell it when it could be worth so much more?
If you had a mystery bag that was be worth between $20 and $50,000, you wouldn't give it away for $20.
