That's the problem - they should be able to, yes, but their ability to drill and certify reserves has been painfully slow and lacklustre in the past.

If ICN had some good proven reserves under their belt now, the SP would be a very different story.

I understand the argument of finding a market before finding the gas, but the market doesn't see it that way.

This is great news, but until ICN can put the drill bit in the right spot and get some proven reserves they will always be treated with a lot of caution.
