Well, its certainly another piece of the puzzle in place for the completion of a successful story for VLA.
But, it still all hinges on FDA Approval. As one poster recently conjectured, the sp may consolidate around 5.5c soon. Well, soon is now, so lets see what happens with the sp from this point on. The time to have topped up at the low 4's may now remain elusively in the past.
