hmm tough one.... i personally hold . they seem quiet solid really but the downgrade is substantial and the looming threat of cap raising is still apparent.... but plenty of work coming through , good chance theyll stabalise their books.
I also Feel there is a very good chance of a 2012 upgrade , due to extensive work ness. to Qld
