The way I read it there is a very good reason for the delay - Other companys in the area have been throwing down wells with little regard for the underground structure - This I believe is the reason for some of the poor results.

TB & Co are taking prudent steps by drilling a pilot hole first to examine the structure - this to me, make great business sense and will help minimize disappointment later.

I therefore am very happy to wait if it's means better chance of further wealth creation thro0ugh successful wells.
