The oustanding oppies for management and BOD is already 5% of outstanding shares when exercised. In my opinion, this is dillutive enough for the existing shareholders and beneficial enough for the mgt/bod when they opted to exercise it. Please be aware also that there 15% dillutive effect of the SSNO expiring 2012.

Let's get the business in order first and then evaluate whether goals are met and how management readjust their aims on missed/delayed goals.
