Significant, why? two things

1.company announces on the 10th of January 5pm licensing approval for Canadian plant

get maximum money for shares.

2. appendix 3b issued 5 days after last of shares are sold when everyone forgets.

Fast forward to 6/6/2011 70 million shares sold on market with completion of approx 100m by company after the trading halt was lifted on Wed. Appendix 3b due around Tuesday 21st.

What happens when they can't sell any more shares and the money runs out?

Revenue stream :) Band aids, face cream and baby wipes, kidney vital everything else is pie in the sky. And the plant is producing something but we can't tell you.

PS: if anyone has access to Lands titles office in NSW to find out who was the previous owner of the penthouse. I could never understand why a Pharm company wants with a residential apartment.
