They sold a 4.9% stake for 2 million before the tindalo debacle they will in all likely hood get much less than this trying to sell their remaining share. If they want a free carry then I assume they will in the end be holding a fraction of their current equity in sc54a. The sp uptick you talk of could very well be due to a handful of people such as yourself putting more money into Kik. They still have no plan going forward and no capital those are the facts
