Sub Holder is obviously a Hong Kong investor which grabbed 18,500,000 shares which accounts for 5.94% at an average purchase price of 24.08c per share.
The notice indicates that the purchases were made on the 30 Dec 2004. Is that correct?? Was MGX trading at 0.23/0.25c on that day??
I wonder how they are related to Sinom, the biggest shareholder in MGX.
