    The market is taking this ann calmly... a mere $9000 worth of shares is hardly a sign of impending doom. I hope people will take a wait and see approach to this news, the next potential ann could read Mr Timmis the person who previously gave substantial funding to PP may wish to inject further funds at this quite late stage of the development, or risk losing his original investment.
