Good thing they come out of trading halt. Trading halts are used to keep the market up to date. They have done that.

If we went into a suspension like some people have raised, we would have been suspended over the weekend. The Corps Act allows a company to be suspended for only 5 days in a year before they cant raise money without having to issue a prospectus each time.

Smart move Sharon. She has kept us informed, is saving us money and looks like she is negotiating a deal.

As the Indian press has said, it is NMDC's first and only investment outside of India that has been allowed by the Indian Government.
