I personally think they are trying to "butter up" the shareholders telling us what the deal is going to mean to us before they give us the offer as its probably not as big as some hoped.

If it was that big why not annouce it now, let the sp run, review it while the sp is running and say nah look where the share price is now come back with a better offer.

All in my opinion only and i am a shareholder so its no down ramp but an honest opinion, i like anyone else would love a massive deal but id like to keep it real...
