I would have thought a description of what this actually means to the company and what they hope to achieve would have helped...

It's like me going to a bank and saying i have gone in on a partnership and giving no details of why and what for,would the bank support me without more information "NO"....How can they expect the SP to move based on that announcement and expect the market to get excited about it....Not surprising really,is it ,on past form....
