Mo, I must admit that the scenerio you described crossed my mind and why I mentioned a possible application to the minister in my previous post. Hmmm should such a situation occur, with the seemingly support to Alliance from the courts, and the presumed support from locals (including the SA Govt), one would think AGS is looking OK in all of this. I wrote (seemingly decades ago) that I thought it was a sensational "pincer operation" on behalf of management, maybe the claws are closing now. I don't believe AGS are disadvantaged by the latest announcement.Cheers EP
