    Now let's see how CP reacts ... I guess that he will not like being shafted ... don't know the Act but could he make an conditional offer of 12.5 cents before the shares are distributed?

    Can he call an extraordinary general meeting for 11 April? Boot the directors out before they get their support.

    Anyway between now and 12 April should be interesting. Pump it up to 15 cents and get as many as possible then dump it to 7.5 cents and make an offer at 9 cents.

    Let's see how the master strategises.
