    Hi youwishfood !
    the way I read it was that the institutions would be given 1 free attaching option, exercisable at 12.5c anytime over the next 3 years, for each 2 shares they bought in the placing. So you buy 2 shares @ 8.5c each and you end up with 3 when the option is in the money ? So total outlay = 17c and you have 3 shares ...
