Lcy ann. from 10/4 never said they were targeting the DSO hematite that is next to Jms specifically, they just said they were testing several Dso hematite targets identified at the project.
It may explain the latest ann. in some way but I do see this as a sign of Haw trying to increase the value of their 40% share without spending anything.
